People tell me anxiety sympotms can be present even when your not haven anxiety or anxiety attack I'm just maken sure this is true right? I know anixety can effect alot of things but I was wondering could it cause you to forget things. Cuz lately I been haven a ideas or new I was about to do something and then I forget with the slightest distraction. I also been zoning people out sometimes they talk to me and I might be on my phone and I don't even remember or hear a word they said. I usually can work my phone and listen at same time. I'm only 19 years old.

Yes. Fretting about other things, mostly unimportant, makes you forget normal day to day activities, You are a bad multi-tasker, learn to do ONE thing at a time. Like listening.
Peace.

Anxiety is a broad word, it can deal with all kinds of things, but anyone who has too much information coming into their lives (social media, TV, internet, school, dating, friends etc) will tune some of it out, your brain is only able to grasp just so much at one time.
