I want to enable the users of my website to register on my site with their twitter account.
User can register as a member on my website but also I m allowing users to register for my website with their twitter login details.
And I m not using any CMS also. Its a custom site. If anybody can provide me a link to any tutorial for this that would be great.

First add a twitter icon to your web site and links it your twitter link ..

If you are using WordPress, then try using some twitter plugins. If you are not using WordPress, then you will manually need to do coding.
