Craig's list and some schools may have boards you can post it to.

Yes, you can post on craigs list for free.. Or if you have a friend that has a blog you can ask them to post it for free. I actually have a ppc scheme with an advertising company and I pay only so little yet it is such an effective marketing strategy. I do have a software though that tracks all my conversion.
