Okay so I have a Facebook Credit Gift Card (normally used for Facebook Games & Apps) and I'm wondering if they can be used to create a Facebook Ad? If so how can I use Facebook Credit instead of a credit card? Please explain & support your answer, details would be great!

Nop you can't use your credits for marketing.
