I met this super hot guy on Facebook and we text but never talk it's bin almost a year know and he will not talk or video chat with me what should I do

normally yes! maybe you could ask him to take a photo with a piece of paper with your name on it or something? sounds ridiculous but use the upcoming events ie valentines day, a birthday, anything really ! has he given a reason why he ont video or talk to you? maybe hes shy and/or has a insecurity about him voice. when you say you met on facebook? what do you mean? do you have mutual Friends or what?
maybe just get him to send you a picture holding a object of your choice for an art project ? i really don't no just get something to break that extra wall down!
