You shouldn't use a website. Just try spreading links to your channel around. Like on Facebook, Twitter, Digg, or Tumblr, whatever the hell that's for.

Facebook. Post videos on your wall and ask your friends to watch.
Twitter: if you gain substantial followers there you can link your vids
Reddit: it might not get you subs, but definately views
