I have a website that no one will go on! (just in case you want to, it is http://www.freewebs.com/krazy games) I think it is a great website, but no one knows about it, yet.

Forum posting in related forums. It's a good way to get the word out but the posts need to be relevant, quality posts and you should only be looking to forums where you're REALLY answering questions, participating in a discussion, etc.
In your sig you can generally link to your site.
You may also be able to do it right in the body if you find the right post where a link to your site would add value.
There are also other - longer-range SEO strategies but I think you're looking for instant traffic.
I suppose ad exchanges (You post a banner and I'll post a banner) is a possibility but I've honestly never got that route so I can't offer any advice there.

The URL above is a site that allows you to advertise for free. What you do is you sign-up for free, but in order to do that you must view a certain number of websites (no more than 10) for 15 seconds. After that, you confirm your email and then log-in were you can then type in the name of your website and its URL that you want to advertise. Then, you get people to visit the site (t2000ultra) through your referral link. When they sign-up, they must view your site for 15 seconds. After your referrals do that they get people to join through their referral links. But your referrals referral(s) must view their referrers site AND yours for 15 seconds in order to sign-up. And the process continues until you have millions of people viewing your site for at least 15 seconds.

TrafficSwarm is a really good free advertising site. As a traffic surf system it provides good quality targeted traffic. unlike many traffic surf sites where there is no interaction by the viewers where ads just float by quickly without anyone taking any notice of them.
