I'm 15 and just started a company with 2 friends. It's an advertisement/video making/marketing company and we haven't had any buyers yet. My offer is that the company gets a video ad on youtube that will get a few thousand views and gets link featuring in many social network sites. This cost 100 dollars. I'm a serious businessman and have a popular Fiverr page and have gone to classes about advertisement. How can i get companies to buy my services?

Most services or affiliates require you to be 18+ and to verify your age showing ID and etc...
unless your parents help you out.
