Change the First person to pop up on Facebook search? - john - 02-20-2013 10:18 PM
I know this question has been asked multiple times since the founding of Facebook, but the answers are always vague or don't make sense. This girl I used to like pops up first on the search. I deleted her quite a few months ago to get over her and took a huge break off the site. We have less than a handful of friends in common, and I don't visit her page. Now that I'm back on, why is she popping up first? And is there a way to change that without blocking her?
I don't want to use the blocking thing because it creates more of a negative feeling than a neutral one, which is what I'd prefer (neutral). She's also pretty close to my brother and if they ever develop something, I'm not trying to create bad/negative vibes. Just don't want to see her or her name anymore.

there is no way to change it - facebook controls who shows up there based on a complex algorithm, it's not something you can control
