haha i was like that before. Dont try to post statuses every single hour, that randomly just popped in your mind. You choose the most interesting things and post it. Me for example, post pictures or videos which have to do with me life. DONT TRY TO HARD. Post stuff when its the best dummy
). oh and dont concentrate on fb too much ahah

set the status in friends to friends ..not in only me or customize ,

Message/post on other pages similar to yours with "share for share please?", preferably those with 700+ likes.
Invite your friends in the "build audience" section.
Have a few posts already on the page for when people check it out.
Acquire an appealing cover and pp.
Think about the fans. Don't post too much, don't post too little. Don't post things like "Hi" over and over; make things appealing. Be organised with your admins so you don't have to address posts to them but which can be seen by your entire fanbase.
Post on a few relevant pages with pictures
Link any other tumblr/YouTube/website with the page
Be patient. You're not going to get 1,000 likes overnight
