I have the new hopper and I received beats wireless headphones for a gift but my dish hopper can't find that device. Can someone please explain that ?
Thomas... it will not work. The headphones are only paired to my iPad and nothing else. The whole point of the beats was to watch TV while someone studied. I have reset the box. The hopper can find my iPad... but it's not paired .
I really could use some help.

The Hopper should be able to recognize your Beats headphones. There are a few things I would check to make sure though. First, make sure they are not paired to too many devices. Some wireless/bluetooth devices can only be linked to a certain number of devices.
If that is good, then make sure you have 'On' selected in the Bluetooth menu, and select 'Find Devices'. You may need to refer to your manufacturer for assistance in making sure your headphones are on and open to receive the pairing.
