Who says The Rock has time to be on Twitter? The Rock works harder in one month than you work in an entire year. The Rock is so busy between Movie Work, Media, WWE that he is lucky if he knows which city he is in from one day to the next. People say so many stupid things on Twitter, that the Rock is better off not following anyone.
Everyone else doesn't jump to movie sets that are thousands of miles away to shoot one movie one day and then have to go to a Movie Premiere in another city the next day. In case you haven't noticed, The Rock has 3 movies coming out in the next 2 months: Pain and Gain, Snith and Gi Joe Retributions. The Rock has Movies in Pre-Production, Movies in Post-Production, Movies that have been Announced. If you can't understand that The Rock is busy too bad. If you're that much into The Rock, you can buy Tickets and see him in Person at a WWE Live Event or buy Tickets and see him on the movie screen..

Just because he isn't following anyone on twitter doesn't mean that He doesn't like People! Wait Why isn't CM Punk following his fans? He follows oly his buddies? So ur saying that CM punk actually think's in real life that People doesn't matter? Huh? Come its their wish how they use their account. Now if The Rock follow's his fans his Time Line will noting be shit, plus if he starts following everyone, his mentions will have nothing but like this "hey @TheRock can u please follow me, i'm ur huge fan" blah blah. Now does anyone want those tweet tweeted by a million's of followers? Use some sense.
