How to stop people on Facebook finding my Tumblr? - ★GotMeStarryEyed★ - 02-21-2013 04:20 PM
Ive recently been followed by someone from school.. i dont want people i know to follow me, however i know Tumblr is public i dont understand how she found me!
She said she found me by looking at who of her facebook friends has Tumblr..
How do i disable this? Should i just delete my account and start again? How would i prevent my new account being searched up again?

Make sure that the email you use for Facebook and Tumblr are different. Once you change that then it will be pretty tough for her to find you, No need to delete your account!

Make sure that you change the email that you use for Facebook and Tumblr to a different one for each social networking site. Basically just don't use the same email! You can change the email you use for Facebook quite easily I think, and then people won't be able to find you.
Also make sure that you do not post anything from Tumblr on your Facebook account - do this via settings, and make sure that your Facebook is not linked to your Tumblr.

Just check in your settings if your Tumblr is connected with FB and disable that
Also if you're really paranoid, also uncheck the box that allows people to find your blog by your email.
