it's not the graphics card that is the trouble it's more likely your computer needs a good looking at it could be driver problems it could be fragmented it could be virus or malware causing the trouble and much more but it's not the graphics card

You have a slow computer my friend, you can't really do much, Facebook games suck anyway!

I would reinstall windows and wipe that PC clean. Buy windows 8 and when it asks you to delete everything say yes. just make sure you backup pictures.
