Why am I so slow at getting subscribers and views on YouTube? - Please help me :D - 02-26-2013 10:10 AM
Hi! I have started up a YouTube account on Mac OSX tutorials. I have seen many other people like me who have thousands of views and subscribers and are all YouTube partners. They have been up for about two year and have up to 20,000 subscribers. I have four subscribers out of the two months i've been up. What am I doing wrong? How can I get more views and subscribers on YouTube? Please help! :'(

because when people look stuff up on youtube they show youtube partners first than regular people

Just a suggestion but I think people like it if the videos look proffessional or maybe well edited. Make sure to also get to the point when explaining things because there are probably a lot of non tech savvy people that just want some clear information. I think that is what naturally attracts people and makes them want to subscribe.
I haven't seen your videos but that's what I've been noticing so far.

publicize ur videos like tell everyone you know to go to your channel and post ur channel on facebook, twitter, myspace, comment on popular videos for people to check out ur channel, also well edit ur videos and u may not think it but lighting and sound is just as if not more important then the actual footage. Also send messages to random people and most likely they will look at ur channel.
