Okay, well facebook keeps giving me 20 credits basically every day.
I was wondering if I could some how use them on different sites?
NOT the apps and games, but a totally different site.

No, these are only usable on Facebook and selected apps.
Facebook is giving them out to encourage app developers to use Facebook credits. Facebook gets 30% of the money spent on Facebook credits, so they would rather see users start using them instead of "Buy Farm Coins with Cash" or "Click this Link to Get 5 Farm Coins" (or whatever app).
