Do you have to have a legal right to "bust fakes" on a social media website? - Jashilynn - 02-26-2013 12:14 PM

There are a lot of social media website that have impostors. and there are also a lot of people who say there allowed to "bust" them, they would inbox them saying " give me proof your real or i will report you". it has happened to me many times, Are they allowed to do that?

They can not "bust" someone over the internet. Don't worry, but if your pretending to be something your not its best to stop.

Yes, they can report you. However, I would just ignore any request to prove you are real. They may just be trying to get your personal information.

You never have to prove you are real. If they are going to report you, then they need proof you are fake.
