Looking to use someone's old twitter to spy on a friend. Or a new twitter. As long as you are okay with it. I will only be adding a few people. I will not be tweeting or unfollowing your people or anything like that. I need your username and password
It would take to long to make a new one with followers and enough tweets to make it seem legit.
The person's twitter is set on private/locked so I can not see the tweets without adding them and I can't add them with my twitter.

Make your own new one.

Just type in their twitter username on google and you can see their tweets and stuff. You don't have to login to do this.
