Nope. But if you have to ask you should probably view their profile a whole lot less XD

Not how many times, but there are apps that show people their top profile viewers. Just stop stalking.

There isn't any applications that can show someone how many times you have visited their profile. There are fan pages and groups that says you can, but these are all scams. Some of it seems real but all that it does is attract a few people from their friends and shows that they have visited their profile, when they haven't. If there is a application, Facebook itself will develop it and give automatic access to all facebook users and you'll clearly get a message that says it's now available.
But for now there isn't any, so visit as many times as you want
