Twitter won't let me log on my iPod, but will on laptop? - Autumn - 02-26-2013 06:14 PM
On my iPod, I can't log on, it goes to log on page, let's me put it info, then I hit login and then it reloads itself and just clears the charachters so I have to re enter and so on. All the info is entered correctly. It was working yesterday. Ive tried restarting my iPod, redownlaoding the app, different browser, nothing works. However, twitter works on my laptop no problem, I was on it, tweeting all night. So, why wont it work on my iPod? Also, I can't download the actual twitter app, I just have it off safari and added it to home screen, but I don't know if that will make a difference

Lets start by checking whether your entered characters is right or wrong. Make absolutely sure that you have typed your account information correctly [Username/Email and password]. Second make sure the twitter account is good to go, so meaning nobody hacked it and all. Recently on the news here in Canada, twitter was hacked and some accounts are now in the hands of hackers.But i am pretty sure US news must also pointed that out as well.
If still not working, there may be an software update for your Ipod, check through iTunes:
Have you updated the Ipod software. I heard there were fixes for these things. But first before upgrading, be sure to backup anything important to the computer or to icloud with the account that is setup already both on the computer and Ipod itself.
