How do I remove the anniversary date from my facebook? - Sara - 02-26-2013 08:57 PM I have tried literally everything I can think of to remove it. I have gotten into a fake relationship with a friends and got out of it and the date popped right back up. I have tried editing my profile and have tried going to that facebook help center and there was nothing there either. I have looked on google and yahoo and everything they suggested didnt work or was directions for the old facebook. Someone please help me! - Lenny - 02-26-2013 08:58 PM The only way to do this is to change your relationship status back to SINGLE. And then re-adding your specific relationship status... make sure to leave the anniversary date blank. It is not required To edit your relationship status: -From your timeline, click Update Info -Find the Relationships and Family box and click Edit -Choose your relationship status from the dropdown menu -If you’re in a relationship, type in the name of the person you’re with -Choose an anniversary date (this is optional) -Use the audience selector to choose who you want to share this with -Save your changes Note: You can only list a confirmed friend in your relationship status. That person also needs to confirm that you're in a relationship together before they're listed in your relationship status. |
