How do I send the Facebook staff an email? - Smockle - 02-26-2013 09:08 PM

I created an account a while back but forgot the email and password to it and I want to deactivate it, and I don't know any ways to do that without logging in so I would like to contact the facebook staff and get them to deactivate it. PLEASE DON'T SEND ME TO THE HELP CENTRE! I want to send them a direct email! Thankyou.

Simply, if you just forgot the password/ email. Just click the forgot password section and it will redirect you to getting on your account and you will be able to deactivate your account from the settings tab.

Don't worry about it. It'll deactovate automatically after 6 months of inactivity.

If you no longer have access to the email addresses associated with your Facebook account, you may be able to get into your account by answering a security question or getting help from friends.

To see if you have these options:

-Go to the Facebook login page and click Forgot your password?
-Fill out the form to identify your account.
-Look at the list of email addresses listed on your account. If you don't have access to any of these, click the No longer have access to these? link.
-Follow the directions provided to answer your security question or get help from friends, if you see these options, or contact your email service provider.

Note that once you get back into your account you can change your login email address at any time from your Account Settings page. You can also log into Facebook with any email address you've added to your account.
