I created it temporarily to find someone. I keep getting emails regarding it and want to delete the account. But I can't cause of all these stupid security checks (one of the reasons I refuse to join facebook. They're so annoying). I tried every way I could around not answering the birthday question but it keeps leading me back to it. Is there any other solution?

You can just turn notifications off. That is what I have done and I do never get any e-mail from facebook. Else you can just go to your profile and look at the date there. The date should not be the hardest to find.

There should be a button at the bottom page that says "change account settings" click it and enter what u want
