I have a Facebook but I don't know if I will get more subs on YouTube if I make a twitter. I only have 9 subs on YouTube.

Twitter is another way to let people know when you have a new video uploaded. It will probably do more to increase views than to increase subscribers. Like other social media tools, you have to spend time working with it to get the most out of it.
