- PPC (like google adwords)
- Video Marketing (especially via YouTube)
- here at Yahoo! Answers
- do SEO
- submit articles
- Squidoo and Hubpages
- Forum and Blog commenting
- Craigslist
- email marketing
- Ad Swaps / Solo Ads

Create high page rank backlinks to your site. Its like having multiple text ads on other high ranked websites, driving traffic and boosting your own websites ranking.
I found one website to be very helpful in generating traffic through high page rank backlinks.
HigherMyPageRank.com is a great service, I highly recommend it.
