I want to make phone calls using my phone only but "through" my laptop. I somehow want to connect my phone with my laptop and make calls using my laptop's speakers and microphone.
I have a Dell XPS 15 and a Samsung Galaxy S3, if that helps.

you can use magicjack which works well through a pc or laptop. also try skype

get a gmail account, you can make phone calls right from there for free.
also,gmail can give you a free phone number as well.
