1. Please help, I read that it's to select "goverment organization" from the options to create page for a city but I seen some pages show "city" when I checked how to create such facebook page that 'll show "city" (as one-word-description below page's name) instead of "goverment organization".
2. Secondly, please tell me can I select "village" for a village related page? Is it possible?

After creating the page you can edit the contact info and there you can pick your group and category.
I'm not aware of a category called "city" on facebook, do you have a link to one of this pages?
