More like in general; When I post on Facebook or Tweeter how can I have it set on my website whatever I post on FB and Tweeter it will show on my website page?

For Twitter: log in to your account and go to this URL: https://twitter.com/settings/widgets/new. It will give you the option to customize the widget (colors, size) and then give you the HTML code you need to plug into your website. Works nicely.
For FB: there is this page https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ that offers different plugins.
