You also need a local Yahoo account, a Google Analytics account would also be great.
In order advertise your business, go to that first site above and there are ALL KINDS of options for business owners. Obviously you have a website, but there are TONS of marketing options provided by Yahoo.
Facebook ads are also great. Create an account for your business and use the marketing/ad purchasing option in the account set up area.
