Why do people write this on facebook? - Eater - 02-28-2013 02:42 AM

I get a bit annoyed when I see someone write something like "watching Die hard with my sister" on facebook. Why on earth would anyone want to know about that? (just an example).

I do not mind if someone writes "just went to see the new Spiderman, it was awesome", seeing as that is valuable information whereas the first example is just a waste of space.

My main point here is not to express my "anger", it is to figure out why people write redundant things on their Facebook wall.

Can anyone explain it to me? In my world that would be like sending my mates a text saying "just ate some bread, with ham".
