I was taken over either from facebook or from my stupid fiance looking at porn. I need someone that KNOWS how to fix the problem....NOT guess. Thanks A MILLION!!!

There should be many mirrors available for free anti-virus. So you dont necessarily need to visit the anti -virus webpage itself.
Google "free anti virus". I'd recommend using AVG free. There should be a tonne of other websites that let you download it.
Otherwise, you should go to your local computer store and purchase an anti-virus software.

If infection returns after restart, turn off system restore and run scans again, in safe mode when possible. When system is clean turn system restore back on and create restore point
