On the list of friends,there is now a number next to the phone icon on facebook like 17m or 3h. What does that mean. Please give an example!

The last time they were on FB. For example I'm on my phone and I checked fb 10 minutes ago so it would say Ash and have a little phone (cuz I'm on mobile) and 10min.
