Why is my profile updating random links on my facebook status? - KB16 - 02-28-2013 04:58 AM
Every time I log on to my facebook it uploads some dumb links into my status bar. Most of the time it is something about how to shorten a url and other random things. Help!

Either your computer is infected with a virus or trojan or whatever OR it's something on your bookFace account.
I had something similar on mine, I'm pretty sure it was some offsite website that somehow had access to my bookFace profile. Somewhere on Facebook there's a menu where you can adjust who or what can access your account. ..and change the password lol.
Just to be sure though run a antivirus scan and change around your settings on bookFece.
