I know little information and no names of the adopted parents how ever I kno the city that they were living in at the time of adoption but I dont kno where to start and so confused and have no funding to find her please help

Online adoption registries are a great resource. You can both search for that one person or you can enter your own information, in hopes that the person for whom you're looking is also searching for you. You can also use social media sites, like Facebook and Twitter, to get the word out about your search.
Put your name on facebook, maybe she trying to find you.
