is there any options in facebook profile to know profile visitors?other ways is not in need JUST NEED TO KNOW WETHER THERE IS SUCH AN OPTION.

nope. there've been a few articles written on it. facebook will never provide that option.

No. Some apps say you have ** visitor but thats not true. To just collect users date they made those apps.

There is currently no feature like this on facebook. There are currently links circulating around advertising such a feature. but they are spam and should not be clicked on.

facebook never allow this.
those apps which claims to show your profile visitors are fraud.never use such apps.they will just ask you for some profile permissions and steal your private stuffs .
