Isnt It Funny How Fans Complained That The Rock Uses The Same Catchphrase Every Time? - UCL Winners At Last ! - 10-12-2012 08:01 AM

But Now That He Has Changed It And Is Doing His Twitter Trending Stuff, Fans Do Not Like It And Want Him To Go Back To His Old Style

It's human nature. Never satisfied.

hipster audience, they think going against the rock will make them look cool

Fruity pebble bitch was a nice gesture but we all know The Rock is all about bringing in the cash and making movies. If hes back for one more match I guess thats cool because he was a great wrestler in his time. I still think fame changes people though and his acting career is what is most important to him. I mean love or hate John Cena he didn't choose to make movies he wrestlers for us every week. The Rock I know and love would call himself a jabroni candy ass trailer park trash if he met his future hollywood self. The old Rocky was great.. the new guy is just here to collect a lot of money from Vince. Back for good my ass, movie star.

@Drake is unchartered. I'm so tired of people calling the rock a sellout. The man changed careers from wrstling to acting. So what? That doesn't make all his hard work in th epast any less significant.

At the end of the day, it's a JOB. And what do we have jobs for? MONEY. We need money to live. If he can make more money as an actor, don't be mad at him. He's just doing what's best for himself.

And need I remind you that Cena tried his hand at and acting career himself? If his movie was a hit and he had the chance to make another, do you think he'd still be wrestling? Please..

People are stupid. Like cena. Well, not that stupid.

I think those who complained had a legitimate reason to complain. If Rock and his fans are going to get on Cena for doing nothing original and having the same gimmick for 6 straight years, then Rock should be held to the same standard. He went away for 7 years, came back, and still did the his same routine.

His new stuff is garbage... that's why some have complained.

Show of hands. How many of us (with Twitter accounts) actually contribute to whatever the WWE (or The Rock) claims to be "trending" every five minutes during any WWE show? Do any of us actually for real "tweet" each other about "missing balls" and "lady parts"? How many of us (with or without Twitter accounts) are sick of the WWE pushing that Twitter stuff on us?

Based on reactions and comments in just this section alone, fans hate that Twitter crap the WWE pushes on us non-stop.

I'm one of those who were...disappointed that The Rock came back and just did old catchphrases. But I tell you what, I'd rather hear The Rock talk about "shining things up", "The Rock wipes a monkey's anus with...", and "it doesn't MATTER" than to hear him babble the juvenile sayings he's doing now and telling us it's "now trending on Twitter".

The old Rock was creative, endlessly entertaining, and funny as hell. The new Rock just seems to be a Twitter salesman and has his material written by a Cena-hating teenager. I'd MUCH rather have the old Rock back than to hear the new Rock do the garbage material he's doing now.
