Dude its very easy, u will get notification at left upper corner of your facebook window/browser window. theer are 3 notifications only
1st for received friend requests
2nd for messages
3rd is for all notification such as comments, likes, tags etc.etc
So you will be get it from 1st one.

facebook doesnt have a page that shows you who you have sent requests to
you are expected to remember them yourself, because otherwise, it would be abused by spammers adding people they dont actually know
