I'm 20 hes 20. I used to know him from martial arts class from when we were little. And we see eachother once every few years... (he's my instructors son
) i still do martial arts but he stopped...I have him on facebook, and i'm too scared to talk to him. He's never online but he does go on sometimes to check i'm pretty sure.
Whats a reason to talk to him... without looking weird! I'm thinking of saying my brother says to say hi.. or something! i'm not sure, i've had a crush on him for so long it's so nerve wracking.. haha!
any ideas?

You could say:
"Hey! I'm looking to get back into martial arts. Does your father still do that, or know anyone?"

simply open with "hey it's been a while" and then go from there. ask him how he is. or what he's been up to
