It's to do with how twitter at the moment seems like everything is to do with Justin Bieber as he is constantly a trending topic. And everyone is now saying that twitter is the site of Justin Bieber.

Twieber is a Twitter for ALL justin bieber fans its like twitter but instead of RT you have RS instead of followers you have subscribers and if you subscribe to someone that is subscribing you back they are added on your friends list
