When I was trying to get the notifications off my email. I when to account sittings then I click notifications it when blank.WHAT DO I DO!!

Sometimes facebook is down for maintenance
but you can try clear your cache, and wait for sometime,
Or Wait for a day or two and see whether it works again.
i'm sure it will work again
