and my myspace is http://www.myspace.com/kingkonghunglow [srry i was young]
and my twitter is http://www.twitter.com/versedakid
and i just would like to know in your opinion what the best way to promote my music would be =] thanks

basically what your already doing.
use those social networking to find people of similar interests or post about your music on twitter and use # tags before words so people searching that type of music may find you
example
Check out my #music it is all about #rock [or what ever music you play]
there are also ads you can create on facebook to promote websites or fan pages [costs money]
