What are some good websites or apps for good photo editing. E.g hearts. Are there any good ones for ipad because my laptops broken. Here's an example of what I'm looking for:

Citrify, iPiccy, PicMonkey, Ribbet, FotoFlexer or Lunapic are great all round web based and FREE editing tools. Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express. If you are a former Picnik user than Picmonkey and Ribbet will be your best choices.

Fotor.com is good and has an iPad app as well.
