When Facebook tops Google in traffic, you can only wonder if social media is the new way of doing business on the web. What is your take on this matter?

i don't yet think it is a new way of doing biz on the web.
but neither do i think it is a fad. I think Facebook and other social media will continue to grow, including new ones, better ones.
