Since there are no details provided regarding what kind of content that you're looking for, the only ways that I think you can get "unique content" for your blog is to...
1) Create the content yourself
2) Hire/pay someone to create the content. See http://www.bloggingtips.com/2008/01/03/the-five-best-pro-blogger-job-boards/ for a list of job boards where you can post an ad to ask for help in getting this "content".
3) Join technology groups, social-networking sites, and/or the "content"-specific organizations to see if anyone is willing to create the content for free. You can ask people in your personal or business social network as well.
