I don't want it, someone on my Facebook says they have it and they are only 13.

Nope, you can get other piercings at 16 in Australia (lip, ear, etc. with parental consent), but not nipple piercings or genital piercings or tongue piercings until 18. So technically she shouldn't have any piercings since she's only 13, unless she did them herself. Otherwise the piercer can get in trouble.

13 year old girls shouldn't get their nipple pierced anywhere in the world unless they are about to come out on National Geographic.
