Whenever i like a girl, i get overly jealous and it is really extreme. Like if she lies to me about doing something and i see she isnt due to a post on social media, i get extremely heated. I also don't like when she talks about other guys and it makes burn with anger. I never show these emotions to anyone so it tears me apart as a person.

read books about how to stop feeling insecure.i think your jealousy comes out of insecurities.

You have issues of trust... Jealousy and trust go together... reflect on this has your GF ever done anything that would enable your behaviour? Did anything happen in your past right down to what happened in your child hood can be a triggor for this type of behaviour. It is also about your own self confidence and esteem. If a girl dates you and or you are in a relationship with them doesn't that tell you the value you as a person enough to be going out...Its your internal thought patterns as well, stop the negative self talk about your self and the negative thought patterns about 'what is not happening when your girl talks about or to another guy' as this will build your own sense of security.
If in your relationships you both have open honest communication then trust issues shouldnt be a problem. If your problem persists (lol) go speak to a counsellor that is the only way you will unravel what is the issue (quite often it comes from our past and the family we grew up in!) when you show these type of emotions and or anger but no one else sees it is called passive agressive behaviour... sorry to answer sounding like a counsellor... You obviously want to change this pattern by reaching out on here for advise good luck
