i want to restore my iphone because i need space and i backed up my twitter app. if i restore my phone back to the original will all my accounts on my twitter app still be there. or will i have use one of my old backups to get all my accounts back.

Well the only thing the Twitter app would store on an iPhone are the log ins. Twitter of course is web based so everything is stored on their servers, so no major loss there. You'd just have to sign back into the accounts.
Of course if you restore it back to how it was, there will be nothing on it, so you would have to use a backup.
