I've been trying to get some tough stuff off my mind and I need like an obsession to take my mind of things. So here are things I'm currently obsessed with:
Makeup
Crochet
Books
Movies
Piano
Cake boss

Try dramas! TV dramas always seem to get things off my mind (: they don't even have to be English either! Just TV shows that catch your eye. Here are some:
-Vampire Diaries
-Pretty Little Liars
-Once Upon A Time
-Lost Girl
-Dream High (its foreign but with English subtitles it'll work)
-SMASH
Or some reality shows like:
-Chopped
-The Biggest Loser
And just a bunch of other stuff! Maybe you could try new things like new hobbies or maybe try to learn a new language? I hope i helped!
