They say i have to do that to use my webcam. is there anyway i can skip past that and be able to use mt webcam?

Nope, you just got to grin and chat it. ; ) If you can't handle it then you could just go on Random Rounds instead – http://apps.facebook.com/chatrounds/conv/?publisherid=elena&campaignid=YA&bannerid=0 - you can just use the webcam right away.
