So I have the t-mobile memoir and I have no internet, so can I like get facebook, twitter apps that i can get on for free? if so how?

You need a internet connection to download the apps and use it. Since you don't have internet access on your cell phone, there is no way for you to get them and use the apps. Check to see if you have Wi-Fi on your cell phone then you can use the Wi-Fi (wireless internet) at any Wi-Fi hotspot (Starbucks, Barnes and Nobles, McDonalds, hotels, airports etc), then you can download the apps and use them. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited. It is free and there is no charge to use Wi-Fi on your cell phone..
